Schedule
- This includes planning and construction phases, site evaluation, and your architects drawings from sketches to construction documents.
Estimate
- This is an ongoing process involving you, your architect and Anderson Builders. It is developed in concert with construction drawings finalized with working drawings.
Pre-Construction Services
- These services include securing permits, approvals, schedules and working with your lender as required.
Construction
- Anderson Builders will orchestrate the construction of your home with 36 years of experience, select staff, craftsmen and artisans.
- Field Reports will keep you up to date regardless of your location. These will be posted on your private project log-in page on. These can include but are not limited to:
- weekly reports.
- a blog thread that maintains a continual online dialogue between you, Anderson Builders, your architect and any consultants on the job.
- progress photographs of your home under construction.
- relevant documents such as meeting notes, specifications or sketches.
